What does "Pre Order" mean?
A Pre Order is an item you can order that has not yet been released, and by placing a Pre Order you are guaranteeing yourself one of these items, pre order items therefore are NOT shipped until the release date which is normally indicated on the product information. please be aware that these dates are subject to manufacturers and sometimes they will change these, we are no way responsible for these changes.

What does "Backorder" mean?
Backorder is when something is an item we sell, but its out of stock!
It can however be ordered when you place an order, though most backorder items take upto 5 business days to arrive in stock before despatch, we recommend that if you are ordering an item on backorder then to please allow an additional 2 business days for despatch. Any items you may order alongside a backorder item will not be despatched until the backorder item has arrived and can be added to your additional items.
